The "Junges Theater" is divided into different areas. There are the professional productions for a young audience, support in the planning of their own theater projects and the opportunity for young people to develop their own plays in the laboratories and to stand on stage. There is currently a laboratory for each of three age groups, in which the young people work together with the theater educators to develop their own productions, which are then performed at the Theater an der Ruhr.
