Jeder:Jederzeit is about the strangeness we feel towards ourselves in the face of our transience. The musical performance with a 17-member ensemble, between 13 and 80 years old, which represents almost an entire society, playfully and poetically questions our concept of identity, with a focus on our aging process and the self-images of people of different generations and origins. In addition to 12 citizens, the professional musicians Pía Miranda (trombone & vocals) and Ruhr Prize winner Peter Eisold (drums & electronics) as well as three professional performers are involved. The journey to the origin of our melancholia is fed by interviews with the participants and samples from world literature - e.g. from fragments of Dante's "Divine Comedy".

Would we live differently if we were more aware that we are only walking around on this earth for a short time and that it can tear anyone of us out of life at any time?
