Following the performances of "Shağaf / Singing Hearts" and "State of Euphoria" the dancing doesn't stop!
In cooperation with various clubs from the Ruhr region, we invite all party people to spend the rest of the night with singing hearts in a state of euphoria - in the foyer of the Theater an der Ruhr, where various DJs will play our Dionysian techno temple, or on the dance floors of the region, to which we will set off together from the theater. The Hotel Shanghai in Essen, the Stapeltor in Duisburg and the Schlegel Kultur Club in Bochum are our favorite venues!

03.11. DJ Brieu aka Housewife 9 and the performance of BayBJane

DJ Brieu aka Housewife 9 is a French producer, singer and DJ. His leitmotif: "Never down, always high".

BayBJane: Colorful, outrageous, androgynous, humorous and totally different are just a few fitting adjectives for her.

DJ Lauwertz: DJ & Visual Artist from Mülheim an der Ruhr. Active in the underground. His sound is groovy & experimental. Meanwhile he is an integral part of the Hotel Shanghai team.

DJ Hundefriedhof makes the sounds and is part of the ensemble at "State of Euphoria". FAZE writes about him "As DJ Hundefriedhof, music and performance artist Sascha Schreibvogel has been going viral for quite some time. His wacky productions excite fans of the techno, trance and goa scene and form a refreshing antithesis to the current development of the industry, where commercial success and licked Instagram profiles often seem more important than the fun and the music."

l!l! is a 20-year-old DJane and booker from Duisburg. She started DJing at Stapeltor - Duisburg 2 years ago and has been trying out different party and rave concepts ever since. Since 2022 she organizes parties with the female DJ collective "BitchesXWitches" with the goal to promote FLINTA* in the club culture. Her music is a mix of techno, trance and acid with many psy influences.

tzwiebe is a DJ and producer from Duisburg. His sound is characterized by syncopated rhythms and pounding basslines, but also by atmospheric textures and dub techno elements.

The audience can take public transport to Stapeltor together with the performers and continue the party there for free with the theater ticket.

Ugly Euphoria

Under the motto "for the love of the unpleasant" a musical journey takes place, the goal: high spirits on all levels! With a focus on hard dance, we turn to the faster, sometimes cheesy but lovable sound of electronic dance music. Inspired by warehouse raves of the 90s, you can expect one thing at Ugly Euphoria: Ecstasy and above all positive energy! The Ugly DJ Crew will accompany you through the night. We play uplifting, groovy and hard. Ugly DJ Crew means: fatales femmes for dance. We have the first edition of the party series on 23/09. If you like, you are welcome to drop by.

Just show your theater ticket at the entrance and for the price of € 5,- you are part of the party. Transportation from the theater to the club must be organized independently. Actors* will be part of the party.

Dominik Eulberg and as support Roller.Coaster

Dominik Eulberg is an internationally sought-after DJ and producer in the field of minimal techno.

Die Geschwister: Are "Die Geschwister" actually siblings? And why am I so confused after watching their YouTube channel?

What remains unclear is that the Berlin-based artists from MV, whose sound they themselves describe as Dadaist NDW techno-pop (only not quite so poppy), unleash indefinable forces in their live performance that elicit a joyful "Eureka!" from the molecules of clubgoers. Rave on!

At around 11 pm, a shuttle bus for 80 people will depart from the theater to the Hotel Shanghai (one way only), and the audience is invited to join the performers in the club. Please register for the shuttle at the box office.
