Inspired by the theatrical radio play “Grusel” by the pulk fiktion theater group, we will be exploring the theme of “lustful creepiness” in this weekend workshop and transforming the rehearsal stage of the Junges Theater an der Ruhr into a walk-in ghost train. Haunting ghosts or spider webs: We think together about what we find spooky and how we can transform the stage space with different materials. Of course, scary ghost train inhabitants with eerie stories are also a must and should be developed by the young people themselves.
Finally, on Tue, 06.05. at 5 pm, the participants will have the opportunity to watch the guest performance of “Grusel” on the big stage at the Theater an der Ruhr and can experience how the professional theater makers have implemented the theme on stage.
When: Workshop Sat, 03.05.25 & Sun, 04.05.25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
