Young Theater an der Ruhr performs in Tours for the twelfth time

The Junge Theater an der Ruhr Labor 3 under the direction of theater pedagogue Bernhard Deutsch was in the French twin city of Tours for the twelfth time from June 4 - June 11.
The program included theater workshops for young people in the evening on the theme "Dare to do something new!" and in the morning also on the Abitur theme "The Visit of the Old Lady" by Dürrenmatt.
On Thursday, June 8, a public rehearsal of "Mario and the Magician" by Thomas Mann took place at 7 p.m. in the Salle Jacques Villeret, involving the audience with playful exercises.
The Young Theater an der Ruhr has reached more than 400 enthusiastic young people with its workshops throughout the years and has reached audiences with productions such as "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by Shakespeare or " Yvonne the Burgundian Princess" by Gombrowicz.

The stay is supported by the German-French Youth Office, the Town Twinning Office of the City of Mülheim an der Ruhr, the City of Tours, the German-French Society of Tours and the Friends of the Theater an der Ruhr.
