Bromio (UA)
das unzerstörbare leben
Anagoor Ӏ Simone Derai und Marta Ciappina
At the intersection of dance, performance and theater, BROMIO unfolds a poetic ritual of trance. Here, a group of individuals embark on a search for states of consciousness that allow them to step outside the social fabric of normality in which they live. BROMIO is the possibility of an encounter with the Other in us and around us. And the invitation to an urban society to encounter itself in a changed relationship and to experience community anew. There, where their individual and collective memories meet half-hidden: BROMIO is performed on the abandoned top floor of Ruhrorterstraße 108-110 - a building in which the industrial, migratory and cultural history of Mülheim an der Ruhr symbolically overlap.
Duration of the staged route: approx. 20 minutes
Duration of the performance: about 60 minutes

Reviews
Deutschlandfunk KULTUR, Stefan Keim
Theater:pur, Dietmar Zimmermann
